Identifies opportunities, gaps and variances in Products, Materials, Processes and Tool/Equipment and develops the system to convert them into monetary financial gains thru the execution of profit improvement projects, cost management initiatives and technical support.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Agricultural Engineering or Agricultural Technology
Preferably 2 to 5 years work experience as Manufacturing Engineer
Knowledge in Industrial Engineering, Financial and Cost Accounting
Knowledge in Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering
Knowledge in SAP Systems and Operations
Knowledgeable in Banana Operations
Excellent Oral and written communication skills
Problem solving and decision-making skills
