improve manufacturing and business operational methods and processes to reduce cost and improve quality
Determine processes/areas where SPC/MSA/PFMEA/SGA will be applicable
Deploy SPC/MSA/PFMEA/SGA on identified processes/areas for cost reduction and quality improvement
Meet ATO and customer requirements
Maintain high-quality documentation on all products, processes, and procedures pertaining to SPC/MSA/PFMEA/SGA.
Qualifications
B.S. in Engineering Degree (ECE, ME, EE, or IE)
At least 3 years experience as Process Engineer in a semiconductor/manufacturing industry
With advanced interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, and be able to work effectively in a self-directed environment
Working knowledge on SPC/MSA/PFMEA/SGA is necessary
Knowledgeable in LSS methodology concept
