In charge of monitoring, analyzing and improving Industrial Sales business by collecting and examining data from within and outside the company and making recommendations from information gathered
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Participate in department planning activities
2. Conduct research on market insights, industry trends, competition and leads/opportunities
3. Prepare accurate reports using data from internal and external sources
4. Gather and analyze data in order to understand problems and address them proactively
5. Collaborate with team members and members of other departments
6. Review historical sales data to forecast and determine trends in productivity
7. Communicate with management team regularly
8. Present actionable information and insights to team members and management
9. Perform other activities that may be assigned from time to time
Preferred Qualifications for this Role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics or related courses
At least 2-3 years of work experience in any of the following roles: Performance (Management) Analyst, Planning and Commercial Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst
Proficiency in spreadsheets and presentation (Microsoft or Google)
Experience or knowledge in Power BI is an advantage
Experience or knowledge in Squadzip or other CRM tools is an advantage
Experience in petroleum and lubricants industry is an advantage
Realistic Job Preview: Development and management of right fit performance metrics to enable Industrial Sales to achieve set targets aligned with company objectives
Willing to do field work/travel (being in a support role for sales/frontline)
Expectations from Candidates:
Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview.
