DEL MONTE FOUNDATION, INC. is in need of: Supervisor, Field Equipment Maintenance Job Purpose : Supervise the activities of Field Equipment Maintenance; takes full responsibility in the daily activities to prevent and/or minimize equipment breakdowns, ensure fast and quality repairs, on time PMS, and keep all units to the best operating conditions providing efficient and timely support to operations in meeting the desired objectives: high equipment availability at the lowest possible cost. Qualification: BS in Engineering Graduate - Mechanical, Agricultural, Electrical 2-3 years minimum experience in Field Equipment Maintenance and Management Willing to undergo Plantation Supervisory training for 18 months Willing to be assigned in Bukidnon
