SUPERVISOR, FG WAREHOUSING SERVICES
(Workbase: Cogon, Compostela, Cebu)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Planning, directing, coordinating, and supervising the day-to-day operations of the Cold Storage pertaining to receipt, handling, storage, and dispatching of Frozen Processed Meat (FPM) products; as well as creation and implementation of procedures and performance measurements, productivity, and reporting.
Ensuring that warehousing operations are conducted with complete accuracy and most effective manner.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or any business-related course.
With at least 2 years of relevant experience.
Must have strong analytical skills, leadership, and with exceptional negotiation skills.
With strong attention to detail, decision-making, planning, and facilitation skills.
