Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%-Plan and develop programs, projects, activities of the Center
20%-Implement center-based training programs and other community-based programs
15%-Monitor and evaluate implementation of programs, projects, activities
15%-Implement trainer's development programs
10%-Establish and maintain partnerships and linkages with various stakeholders
5%-Conduct research and development activities
5%-Implement Quality Management System
5%-Manage and monitor performance of personnel of the Center
5%-Performs other tasks as may be assigned or deemed necessary.
