Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
30%- Assists the Provincial Director in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operations and activities of the Office
20%- Recommends systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation
15%- Coordinates preparation of periodic reports
15%- Implement systems, standards and procedures
10%- Monitors and evaluates the implementation of programs and services and
10%- Performs other related functions.
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
.Preferably with experience in the following:
a)Planning, development and implementation of training programs in the
Provincial Office
b)Facilitation of Community and Industry coordination and training
.Proficient in oral and written communication
.Knowledgeable in MS Office applications
.Good in networking and linkaging
.Possesses positive work attitude
.Good interpersonal relations
