Job Description
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20%-Assists in managing division's program/projects/activities
20%-Reviews and finalizes policy recommendation/s on Competency Assessment and Certification for approval of higher authorities
20%-Oversees the implementation of systems, procedures and strategies in the promotion and continuous improvement in the implementation of the assessment and certification programs
20%-Supervises and/or Conducts researchers/studies to ensure quality delivery and implementation of assessment and certification
5%-Supervises the maintenance of the National Registry of Workers Assessed and Certified, Registry of Accredited Assessment Centers, Registry of NTTC Holders and Competency Assessors
5%-Establishes and maintains a monitoring system on accredited competency assessment centers to ensure continuous compliance with standard requirements.
