SUBMISSION MANAGER
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Oversee task breakdown and delegation within the submission team.
Monitor task progress and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Make follow-up calls to external counsels as needed.
Attend Lawyer-NAS meetings and document key action points.
Communicate and coordinate with partner law firms regarding requirements, revisions, and special requests.
Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and law firm partners.
Maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in all submissions.
A work-from-home setup may be allowed based on performance and effectiveness in the role.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, or related field
Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in legal operations, admin coordination, or submissions/data management
Strong English communication and listening skills (must be confident in speaking with U.S. lawyers and firm owners)
Excellent organizational and delegation skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools
Detail-oriented, dependable, and results-driven
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Experience working with law firms or in a legal-related environment is a strong advantage
