Duties and Responsibilities
- Records and Update daily production monitoring checksheet to understand defect occurance and hourly output.
- check actual output if its tally to declare qty in parameter
- conduct proper lot clear every end of cut-off (DS- 6pm/NS - 6am)
- orients/teaches newly hired worker for their line responsibility in the production.
- Follow up the sample approval sebd to QC for the result.
- Guide and monitor each oprt process form time to time to catch any abnormality inside production.
- Prepare and fill up all necessary documents needed during production
- Check the machine downtime then call the attention of mold setter for countermeasure
- Perform other tasks that maybe assigned from time to time provided proper training/orientation
- conduct proper endorsement for the next shift regarding the current status of the production.
- immediate information to Superior for any problem encounter inside production
- maintain 5's in the production area
