Requirements:
Amenable to work in Shifting schedule
Experience working in a BPO company
At least 1 year of experience as a Team Lead
Can accept candidates who has an experience as a Subject Matter Expert
Handled Contact Center, back office support, inbound/outbound voice or non-voice account, chat support, email support
Job Description:
Make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to their staff on what to do and how to improve.
Offer advice or authorize a special adjustment.
Encourage their charges to take their positions seriously and work hard to build a loyal customer base.
Monitor how both groups and individual employees are performing. Think of ways to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
Good leaders know that those "in the trenches" often have interesting ideas and perspectives. Customer Service Team Leaders ask their staff for input on how to increase productivity and better serve clients.
