Job Description Invoicing Operations Oversee and analyze project recoverability including resource chargeability based on set guidelines Manage, monitor and analyze timely collection of accounts receivables pursuant to standard SLAs agreed with clients Ensure timely review of costing stipulations in Statements of Work based on set guidelines Work with immediate supervisor/manager in managing escalations and/or resolving issues related to invoicing Project Accounting Monitor and manage accurate and timely cost center charge-out or billing based on established charge-out model or process Prepare and facilitate client cost accruals based on signed statements of work or PlanView details as deemed applicable and liaise Partner with Strategic PMO and Finance Controller on key reports and alignment on accounting policies and issues Actively seek and execute opportunities to improve existing project accounting processes through automation or other means Work with Controllers on month-end closing activities as deemed necessary Reporting and Analysis Responsible in the preparation of various schedules and reporting requirements pertaining to Accounts Receivable function including but not limited to Client Invoicing, collections and the like Support the preparation and analysis of revenue results against target and projection for management and business units (BUs) heads use in assessing operations and making business decisions to achieve the organization's goals and objectives Work with immediate supervisor/manager in the analysis of revenue, collection and other financial measures as the case may be.
