We are currently looking for Sub-con Staff Engineer for one of our clients. Qualifications are as follows:
• Must have at least 5 years of relevant experience and 3 years of Subcon project management experience.
• Should have project management and leadership skills
• Expertise in DOE, SPC, Control Plan, SD, Assembly and packaging technology.
• Fluent in English is required and Mandarin skills is an advantage.
• Preferably with Automotive qualification thru APQP and POL expertise specializing in Wire Bond
• A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering holder. Master's study is a plus.
• PMP Certification is an advantage.
• Experience in working abroad (Singapore and Malaysia) is a plus.
