Subcon Staff Engineer
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
 Day to day Subcon Escalation /Issue (Technical - Test);
 Baseline spec review, update and creation;
 Subcon spec review;
 ECN/Test Program review;
 New parts loading;
 Engineering support;
 New Subcon Qualification and NPI support;
 KPI - Yield and LLR;
 Subcon Continuous Improvement (Yield, Cost & Technology);
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
 Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering;
 With 7 years of Engineering experience on Product and Test Engineering;
 Well exposed on Subcon Management Product and Test Engineering areas;
 Honest and have good communication skills;
 He has some background with PAT, Maverick lot process (SYL/SBL);
 Familiar with Product sustaining and lot dispositioning process;
 He has basic understanding of MOSFET and Test Methodology;MOSFET product knowledge ;
 Able to write and understand Test Programs;
 Most importantly,a hands-on Engineer;
 Leadership skills;
 Ability to lead and drive people at all levels;
 Cross functional leader;
 Accountable and decisive;
 Good in Project Management;
 Experience in running the Projects in Subcons and NPI projects;
 Fully committed and willing to go on the extra mile.
