We are a for-profit high impact edtech startup that allows us to sustainably support our websites (www.edukasyon.ph and www.finduniversity.ph) Our websites (www.edukasyon.ph and www.finduniversity.ph) are used by 8 million Filipino learners aged 13-24 annually, and we have an ambitious product roadmap (including launching a mobile app) to further develop their learning and upskilling, whilst adapting to the disruptions brought on by Covid-19.

As Student Success Adviser, you'll be responsible for providing sales consultations, booking first-time customers for a free trial or regular lesson. You are expected to call assigned leads and turn them to opportunity, effectively identify customer needs, introduce appropriate products and sell Edge courses that can help meet their needs.

Job Description:
PEOPLE
Outbound calls to engage customers and successfully book a free trial
Qualify new leads from our existing database and source new leads from different channels
Provide excellent customer service to new and existing customers on the phone and other communication channels such as Skype, Zoom, etc.
Invite customers to attend booked lessons/free trial and give professional consultations to Edge courses and suggest a study plan according to customers' needs.
Establish a positive long term relationship to all Edge and edukasyon.ph customers as well as maintaining students database
Build strong rapport and trust with customers, maintain good relationships and get referrals so you can consistently achieve sales targets through new student's sales.
PRODUCT
Pitch the most suitable program, achieve sales target
Create an accountable sales management database by keeping contact and financial information confidential.
Take detailed call notes and record and feedback
Other admin, operational responsibilities assigned by your manager or when needed
To fully understand Edukasyon.ph and Edge's products and programs; comply with standardized sales policies and processes and actively participate in ongoing sales training programs and seminars.
PROFIT
Meet daily outbound call targets to achieve excellent performance and respond to any queries that customers might have while advising or recommending products or services based on customer needs.
Drive new sales & renewals of education programs through telesales with customers
Actively collaborate in marketing and sales activities
PURPOSE
Monitoring and processing of incoming leads to ensure that you'll achieve your sales targets while working closely with other departments to provide a positive and memorable learning experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
Passionate about sales and customer service
Like looking at the world through a customer-focused lens
Outgoing & confident personality with friendly manner and good sense of humour
Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude in approaching challenging situations
