JOB DESCRIPTION
We have an opportunity for a Structural Revit Modeleras a remote workshare employee for our Victoria team and as part of ourBIM and Property and Buildings Digital Design group.
As an integral member of the team, this role will see you joining a team of passionate professionals, supporting a wide range of multidisciplinary projects includingHospitals/Health Facilities, Education buildings, light industrial facilities and building works within major infrastructure projects.
Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:
Delivering integrated project deliverables exclusively in Autodesk Revit.
Responsibility for the quality and accuracy of the model and project deliverables.
Coordinating designs with Building Services, Architecture and other engineering disciplines.
Coordination and collaboration utilizing the Federated Model in the following platforms: Autodesk Navisworks, BIM360 Model Coordination, Bluebeam, BIM Track.
Collaboration and liaison with other engineering teams & groups to ensure all design elements are considered.
We are looking for the following qualifications, skills, and attributes:
5 years experience within buildings type of projects
Minimum of 5 years experience using Revit
Advanced skills in Navisworks and associated coordination packages
Ability to work independently, delivering accurate Revit models, structural details and coordinated drawings
Knowledge of Australian Building Codes & Standards
A desire to drive efficiencies thorough continuous improvement
A strong communicator and able to build positive working relationships, internally/externally across all levels of the business.

This job offer can be based either in Makati, Quezon City or in our office in Cebu, depending on your home base / location.
