POSITION:
STRUCTURAL REVIT MODELER / TECHNICIAN -  Full-Time employee
JOB DESCRIPTION:  
You will be involved as a STRUCTURAL REVIT MODELER/TECHNICIAN in a variety of large and small whole building and building component projects that range across most market sectors, building occupancies and material types throughout the US. You will assist project teams to produce structural contract documents using Revit Structure that effectively communicates the design intent.
You will maintain quality control of model content as model develops through various design phases; incorporating and coordinating design information into plans, details, and schedules.
You will adhere to the company’s drafting/modeling standards and communicate them to the project team.
You will proactively coordinate and communicate critical drafting/modeling information amongst project team members.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
Certificate in AutoCAD or Revit training from a recognized college or technical institute
Experience: 1-3 years using Revit in the Architecture/Engineering industry
Proficiency with the last three versions of Revit
Strong working knowledge of structural systems
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: 
A bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field is a plus 
A licensed professional is a plus
Experience with creating custom families, model components, and detail components
Proficiency in modeling, detailing, and parametric scheduling, as required to produce a complete set of contract documents 
Strong working knowledge of construction details, and procedures
