Job Description
Responsible for providing structural design reports and calculations for the road project, basically for reinforced concrete box culvert (RCBC), shade structures, and other similar road structures according to ANZ standards or Australian Standard
Attend meetings with project management and provide technical assistance in discussion and explanation of structural design approach, assumptions, calculations, and other design details;
Responsible for drafting structural design revisions noted by the contractor's team, by the Engineer, or by the Employer
Assist in drafting structural drawing and other similar construction drawing
Qualifications:
A minimum of 8 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Prof'l License(Passed Board/Bar/Prof'l License Exam) holder.
With Bachelors Degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
With 8 years proven skills in structural design of reinforced concrete box culvert (RCBC).
Able to discuss and explain his design calculations and be able to produce draft CAD drawings.
Skills and experience in shade structures according to Australian standards especially in road projects is an ADVANTAGE.
With excellent English writing, listening and speaking skills. Must also possess a driving license.
