JOB DESCRIPTION
Prepare and participate in developing details, equipment schedules, specifications and design criteria.
Coordinate with other engineering and architectural trades during construction.
Structural Design of Concrete Structures, understanding of various design methods and design accordingly.
Design and detailing for concrete and other materials.
Utilize applicable codes for Reinforced concrete design.
Approval of Rebar Cutting list and other miscellaneous rebar details.
Site visit and Structural Site Inspection.
Review of Material Specifications and Material Laboratory Test Results.
As-built works and preparation of as-built drawings.
Structural Evaluation of Existing Structures.
Estimate of Structural plans.
Make sure that projects meet legal guidelines.
Prepare sketches and be able to draw using AutoCAD and/or Revit.
Other relevant tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
 
JOB QUALIFICATION
Candidate must possess a Bachelors/ College degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
Relevant work experience on the position is an advantage, but not required.
Must be a good team player
Has good time management skills and attention to details
Must be efficient in MS office. Knowledge in Visual Basic for Application (VBA) is advantage.
Good Communication Skills.
