Job Functions:
• Responsible for site operations / implementations involving structural, civil works and other trade works
(mechanical, plumbing, electrical and fire protection).
• Assist and ensure proper work execution in accordance with the approved structural plans and
specifications.
• Coordinate structural and civil works of contractors and other trade works.
• Monitor ongoing construction to ensure that the work is being done as per approved specifications and
plans and the project stays on schedule.
• Inspect project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or
sanitation standards.
• Direct engineering activities ensuring compliance with environmental, safety and health, or other
governmental regulations.
• Facilitate submittal and the preparation of reports, drawings, and documents.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering with valid PRC license.
• 10 years of vertical project / construction management experience, including planning and design
projects.
• Intermediate level of proficiency with MS project, Excel and Powerpoint.
• Knowledge in STAAD is a plus.
• Willing to work in Alabang Muntinlupa and Cavite
