STRUCTURAL ARCHITECTURAL QUANTITY SURVEYOR
 
Job Description
Review structural and architectural plans for quantity needs
Estimate quantity and cost materials
Set budgets for payments and inventory needs
Tract changes in plans or construction update budgets
Negotiate with contractors and subcontractors
Act as a liaison between clients and site managers/engineers
Keep tract of construction materials and inventory
Identify potential financial or construct rises
Develop and maintain working relationship with contactors
Job qualifications
Graduate of Engineering or Architecture
At least 5 years of working experience in the related field
Have a creative and innovative approach to problem solving
Practical and logical mind and a methodical way of thinking
Ability to learn sophisticated design and costing IT packages
Wrote clear and precise reports
Experience in estimating Architectural, Structural and MEPF works
Strong numeracy and financial management skills
Relate complex information in a simple wat to a diverse range of people
Negotiation and team work skills and the ability to motivate and lead those on site
Detailed knowledge of past and current building and construction technology, processes, materials, business and legal matters
