This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Strategy Lead who will contribute to NEOM's vision within NEOM Investment Team and support the Strategic Management in shaping its strategy. You will play an important role in the development and execution of strategies that create new business opportunities and investments. As an experienced Strategy Lead you will help management to make fact-based decisions, conduct market research, build business cases and produce strategic reports.
Key Accountabilities & Activities:
Assist management with strategy development and execution of strategic decisions
Implement and monitor strategic plans
Create critical performance indicators
Support the review of investment deals in pipeline
Conduct market research and generate insights of importance to the Strategy & Investment team.
Identify threats and opportunities and assist in the evaluation of strategy risk
Produce professional documents and reports to support strategy reporting and presentations
Background, Skills & Qualifications:
2-5year experience in strategy roles
Have a strategic mindset with proven ability to support the development and implementation of strategic plans
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills to generate insights and support evidence-based decision making
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Be able to work under pressure and effectively prioritize conflicting requirements
Qualifications:
At a minimum, the Strategy Lead will have a degree in a business-related subject from a recognized university.
