Required Education and Experience:
Graduate of four (4) years of course preferably related to Statistics, Marketing, Product Development, and Mathematics.Preferably experience at least 5 years in Bank operation and Microfinance.
Summary/Objective:
The main function of the Research Head is the overall management of SRDI activities including but not limited to a research survey, incubation, and product prototyping, pilot testing and operational analysis
Essential Functions:
A. Administrative Function:1. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant to banking operations.2. Update the President on any project activity and product development and incubation timelines.3. Coordinate with other Bank Departments on other matters that require their attention/action.4. Coordinate with the Consultant if any regarding project requirements.B. Technical Management5. Supervise the project development, activity, and pilot testing.6. Recommend to the management new products and technology relevant
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
