Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and assess requirements with different teams within Company.
Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze operational information
Assess the change impact by conducting impact analyses, assess change readiness and identify key stakeholders
Plan, develop and track deliverables including project activities, communications, stakeholder engagement
Monitoring and ensuring activities, timelines are followed
Able to follow a structured methodology on Project Management Process
Articulating benefit realization against original business case at conclusion of projects
Must Have:
At least 4 years of experience and knowledge in Business Analysis and Requirements Analysis methodologies and principles.
Focus on end users of applications
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
Ability to establish relationship with key stakeholders and articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Should be flexible and adaptable
Must be a team player and able to collaborate effectively
Good to Have:
Experience in Project Management including the monitoring activities to completion, approaches, stakeholder management, and phases of the project lifecycle
