Job Description Support performance of migration by managing existing migration channels performance and launching new channels To manage overall performance of strategic channels (On-ground technicians, Stores, Telesales, and On-ground agents) for both wired and wireless migration of existing Globe At Home customers. Help Wired and Wireless Migration Leads conceptualize programs that can help push higher conversion of migration in strategic channels. To lead execution of migration programs specific to channels while integrating all partners required to launch in a seamless and timely manner; To assess success of programs and initiate redesigning or pivoting where needed; To leverage on customers' data and behavior to drive consumer mindset when conceptualizing plans, taking into account principles and nature of channels To provide guidance on the ideal customer journey to ensure best experience for the customer; Liaise with channel process partners to enable sales agents and backroom channels with most efficient sales journey Manage flowthrough and reports per channel to provide insights on performance To oversee movement and progress of the following migration verticals: Operations: leads management, capacity assessment Reporting: Flowthrough reports, analytics and drivers Channels: channel-specific executions, new channel fire up, customer journey, CRM development GTM: GTM strategy, visuals, and execution To manage A&P while strategizing on how to maximize budget.
