Job Description
The Position
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (What you will do)
Develops and manages national/local key customer accounts for the affiliate, such as publicand private payers, distributors, etc
Map, and keep refreshed, detail on the customer's internal organization.
Optimizes insights and engagement with bids committees, wholesalers, distributors, retailersand other customer accounts relevant to company products and priorities
In coordination with Finance and Supply Chain, launch teams and other internal stakeholders,manages pipelining, oversees and provides insight on inventory for key accounts, and opensnew accounts and programs as relevant for the company and beneficial to patient access
Responsibilities include pricing, contracting, negotiation, contract renewals and ongoingcontract management, and identifying and following-through on opportunities for companyproducts in coordination with key stakeholders
Develops and maintains partnership with internal and external business partners, influencersand stakeholders across functions towards improved access to products for patients and abetter business environment
Helps drive business development opportunities to optimize access to products, companyrevenue and market share, customer satisfaction, and other relevant goals.
Leads problem-solving for issues/problems related to the customers commercial experience with Roche.
Visits customers within the accounts ensuring up to date detailed knowledge of the customer situation and learning what the customer challenges and opportunities are as part of overall Network planning and strategy implementation.
Identify, qualify and action simple sales opportunities for assigned accounts.
As part of the team, bring insights and detailed customer/laboratory knowledge to the strategy development process.
Has ownership that our initiatives drive a triple win (for the patients, to the society and for Roche) for the accounts you are responsible for by co-creating and executing on Outcomes and KVIs.
Maintain all records and documentation as required and associated with professional account management and to Roche quality standards and expectations.
Responsible for end to end tender management : from identification of third parties to representRoche, contract negotiation, execution, fulfillment and monitoring. This include but not limited to:
Screening of distributors for tender management and selection/negotiation.
Identify tender and third party to represent Roche (if not covered by ZPC).
Develop tendering and account strategies and to make Roche products available at accountlevel. Drive execution and coordinate with relevant internal and external parties.
Track quantities of ongoing tenders (delivered, consumed, remaining), troubleshoot (includingreturns) and create transparency across the organization
Screen the market and Identify new sub-distributors from a strategic/commercial angle
Commercial review with our main distributor and sub-distributor to drive performance
Identify area of further collaboration (collaboration Roche and Distributor / sub distributor)
Close coordination with the Supply Chain team to ensure that local distributors capabilities are aligned with global mandates and directions.
Work with the digital transformation team to identify alternative distribution solutions outside offline channels.
Be the single point of contact of distributor and sub-distributor for all commercial topics inclose coordination with all the relevant functions (tender and non tender transactions).
