Job Description
To receive inbound spare parts and consumable materials on daily basis.
To encode received spare parts in the Computerized Maintenance Management System and the Excel data base on daily basis.
To encode and complete work orders related with preventive maintenance in the CMMS on daily basis.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Have Background experience as Admin
Must be knowledgeable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Can communicate At least Basic English.
