Job Description
Knowledge in Computer Software/Oracle/Tally ERP/SAP
Responsible for the whole operation store area
Receive Materials from Supplier (physically), then update in the System. Print/paste barcode sticker and arrange to the assigned location
Issuance of the item (physically) to the Technicians
Issue spare-parts in the System
Monitor Finished goods transfer
Prepare Purchase Requisition & Purchase Order by "SAP System"
Monitor & Maintain MIN/MAX of each item then re-order if needed.
Process all Invoices and endorse to Accounts
Check stocks quarterly & semi-annual with accounts
Coordinate with purchasing , quality department , sales department & accounts department
Knowledge on mechanical, or machines
Work experience in same environment or in Manufacturing company
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Others or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
