We are looking for a proactive and trustworthy STORE SUPERVISOR candidate for our client's retail operations in one of their stores in Cebu.
 
As a Store Supervisor, you are:
Responsible for ensuring the proper and effective operation of a business. This role requires to oversee and manage store employees, including assigning tasks, ensuring workflow, and fostering a positive work environment.
You should also monitor stock levels, place orders, manage inventory, and ensure shelves are stocked.
You ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service, addressing customer inquiries or complaints promptly, and resolving issues effectively.
You enforce company policies and ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
You boost sales by listing, pushing, and advertising products on the online Marketplace.
You supervise cashiers, manage cash flow, and ensure accurate financial transactions.
