JOB DESCRIPTION
? Making sure employees that report to you meet performance expectations.
? Giving instructions or orders to subordinate employees.
? Ensuring that the work environment is safe, secure and healthy.
? Managing the operation while on duty and meeting operational targets or deadlines.
? Managing store scheduling and approving work hours.
? Conducting regular inspections of the restaurant to determine whether proper
standards of hygiene and sanitation are maintained.
? Overseeing food preparation, presentation, and storage to ensure compliance with food
health and safety regulations.
? Checking in on dining customers to enquire about food quality and service.
? Monitoring inventory and ensuring that all food supplies and other restaurant essentials
are adequately stocked.
? Monitoring the restaurant's cash flow and settling outstanding bills.
? Reviewing customer surveys to develop and implement ways to improve customer
service.
? Resolving customer complaints in a professional manner.
? Ensure great customer service at all levels.
JOB QUALIFICATION
? College graduate or equivalent qualification.
? With 2-4 years of experience in food industry as Management Trainee or Store
Supervisor is a plus.
? Experienced in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred.
? Exceptional listening and communication skills.
? Previous leadership experience.
? Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
? Eye for detail and accuracy.
? Reliable, with high integrity and strong work ethic.
? Ability to work as part of a team.
? Professional appearance and attitude.
? Computer literacy.
