STORE SUPERVISOR
Job Description:
Implements Sales plans and strategies to achieve monthly target.
Coordinates and communicates Marketing promos and discounts to sales team.
Understands both the product and service needs for both walk-ins and wholesale customers
Ensures all store operation processes under him/her shift run effectively and efficiently base on standard operating procedure.
Ensure that all store personnel under him/her are well rounded in the performance of their job.
Handles store personnel and ensure proper grooming, greetings and performance of tasks
Review and document damages and ensure appropriate disposal process
In-charge of the total security and cleanliness of the store for the welfare of the customers and employees in general
Qualifications:
At least college level
With at least 1 year year leadership role experience in any retail business
Must be organize, keen to details and able to multi-task
Good communication skills
Ready for immediate employment

Preferably based in Cebu City
