Store Supervisor
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated store supervisor. In this role, your duties will include overseeing employees and managing inventory, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and controlling the quality of products and services. You may also be required to evaluate the job performance of retail staff.
 
Job Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and leadership to store associates, including assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues or concerns.
Oversees the daily workflow of the store
Ensure that customers receive outstanding service by assisting with their inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor.
Monitor inventory levels, place orders as needed, and conduct regular inventory audits to prevent stockouts and minimize overstock.
Handle cash transactions accurately, reconcile cash drawers, and ensure all transactions are processed according to company policies.
Maintain a clean and organized store appearance by overseeing cleaning and restocking duties, and reporting any maintenance issues.
Responsible for opening and closing the store, including setting up registers, ensuring security measures are in place, and securing the premises at the end of the day.
Train new employees on store procedures, product knowledge, and customer service standards.
Perform other tasks/duties assigned by superior
 
Qualifications:
2 or fewer years experience working as a supervisor in a convenience store
Experienced as an assistant supervisor in a convenience store are welcome to apply
Willing to be assigned in Moalboal
Minimum high school diploma
Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
Attention to detail and a strong sense of responsibility
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
Strong management skills
Excellent customer service skills
Effective communication skills
