Job Description 1. Complies with all governing laws, rules, regulations and policies
2.. Promotes suggestive selling though example, training, and reinforcement
3. Recommends and executes promotional strategies that can help boost the sales, particularly generics in the stores
4. Supports and carries out Marketing department's initiatives on store promotional and marketing programs
5. Performs people management related functions associated to supervision of store personnel, monitoring of offenses, timekeeping and preparation of evaluations.
6. Monitors and controls of cash and inventory loss through effective supervision
7. Promotes the practice of excellent customer service through training and example
Job Qualifications 1. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
2. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business
3. Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
4. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
6. Strong written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels of the organization
7. Strong quantitative and critical thinking skills
8. Team leadership and teambuilding abilities
