Monster Kitchen Inc. is in need of STORE SUPERVISOR for our new branch in Butuan City!
Functions:
Overall in-charge of store operations
Manage retail staff, which includes cashiers and stockmans
Meet financial goals by analyzing variances; initiating corrective
actions in preparing an annual budget; formulating pricing policies
and scheduling expenditures
Handle customer complaints, issues and questions
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in
Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required
for this position.
Required Skill(s): excellent communication skills, excellent customer
service skills, management skills
Experience in people handling and sales is an advantage
Basic baking and cooking knowledge is a plus
