The Store Supervisor assist the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations focusing on selling, cashiering, vault and back-office management. The Store Supervisor is also responsible for the implementation and compliance to Retail Operating Standards (ROS).
1. Assist the Store Manager in implementing sales strategies
2. Executes measures t minimize losses and damages
3. Implements cost effective measures to increase productivity and profitability
4. Assist the Store Manager in monitoring stocks availability, POG implementation and other on-going promotions
5. Supervise consistent implementation of Customer Service Standards
6. Implements proper handling of vault
7. Checks and approves day to day activities of Cashiers in accordance to Retail Operation Standards
8. Assist in the documentation of customers' complaints
9. Checks availability/ renewal of licenses, permits and compliance to government regulations
10. Prepares work schedule and monitors attendance of store staff
11. Coach and train newly deployed rank and file store personnel
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
