Responsible for the implementation of all store operation's policies and procedures such as delivering excellent customer experience, sales generation and profitability of the store.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY
Monitor and discuss the daily sales quota of CRP/CRS to attain the monthly sales budget.
Maintain and analyze ideal inventory level on a weekly basis to support planned sales.
Adherence to monthly budget to avoid excess on expenditures.
Ensure regular vs sale items sold on a daily basis are within set ratio to increase profit.
Accuracy of accomplished daily store inspection checklist to ensure alignment to branding.
Maintain zero-variance inventory on a daily basis and timely reporting of discrepancy to minimize losses.
Train and coach staff during daily pep talk to enhance their skills in selling and product knowledge.
Perform effective performance counselling in a timely manner to sustain good performer and motivate unproductive personnel.
Validate accuracy of required reports executed by Cashier to avoid sanction.
QUALIFACTIONS
College graduate of any four year business degree course.
With experience in the same field is an advantage.
With people handling skills
Effective in oral and written communication skills
With good analytical skills
computer proficient
Above average interpersonal relationship skills.
