1. CLERICAL TASKS
Prepare monthly schedule of selling area personnel
Orient and train newly hired employees
Collate documents and data needed for employee evaluation
Evaluate subordinates semi-annually
ADMINISTRATIVE TASKS
Ensure that all selling area personnel are equipped with supermarket, product and promo knowledge
Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service provided by the supermarket
Ensure that all SKUs are well represented on shelves
Ensuring that the demands, suggestions and complaints of customers are addressed properly
Ensure that all company policies, store standards and procedures are communicated and implemented consistently
Recommend ways on how to improve selling area processes to the Store Manager
Communicate sales, manpower-related problems and other pertinent matters with the Store Manager
Perform other functions that may be assigned by superior
