THE ROLE: We are looking for Store Supervisor Admin who are willing to be assigned in AllHome, Sta.Maria. JOB DESCRIPTION Coordinates regularly with the Store Manager for any changes/improvements in the store. Checks schedules of rank and file employees to maximize their utilization coordinated with the other store officers Responsible for the supervision of the performance of all rank and file positions directly reporting to them. Has good leadership skills and has experience handling cashiers and baggers. Must know how to operate POS and can provide accurate daily sales reports. REQUIREMENTS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent. At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. With knowledge on all kinds of transactions (cash, debit, credit, etc) and can maintain Excellent Customer Service. Successful applicant will be assigned in AllHome, Sta. Maria.
