Job Qualification
As long as physically fit
Must be at least high school graduate or college level with customer service experience
Background in Indoor Playground or in the same field is an advantage
Good in oral and written communication
Basic computer-literate.
Can work with minimal supervision and multitasking (admin task and cashiering)
Can work in shifting schedule (mall-based store)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Employee is required to wear a mascot and do hosting, singing, and dancing.
Acts with integrity at all time in work
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high-volume or unusual events to keep the store operating to standard.
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers, especially to the children, by acting a "customer comes first" attitude.
Maintain safety and cleanliness of the store.
