STORE ROVING/ADMIN
Duties
Mainly do FIELD WORK (STORE ROVING) 3-4x a week
If no schedule for roving; will assist the Sales Officer to attend walk-in customer needs
Do sales invoicing, do inventory
Attends our social media account such as Facebook and Viber for online orders.
Willing to do multi-tasking
Monitors stocks on every store and do store countering and collections (field works)
Store checking to ensure FIFO (field works)
Personality
Possess Good moral character
Honest and shows initiative
Hard-working
Able to work with minimal supervision
Willing to work overtime and sometimes duty on Sunday especially during mango season
Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel and Social Media
Education
Preferably a graduate of any 4 year course
But fresh graduates are welcome
Any working experience relating to merchandising inventory is advantageous
