Job Description
Responsible for managing and motivating staff for the location including scheduling,disciplining, training and recruitment in coordination with human resources department
Review and maintain store cleanliness, lay out,merchandising,completion and integrity of price tags
Maintain customer service standards of point of sale terminals and customer relations and supervision of cash handling including investigation of variances
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a graduate of a four-year undergraduate course.
Must have experience in Hardware Store
Additional Information:
Inventory management of efficient st turnover with regular ordering and rotation, ensure accuracy of stock transfers, and maintain the integrity of prices and barcodes and periodic stock takes and investigation of variances
