From ensuring the correct material turns up before a job, to explaining the work ethics and activities to colleagues. Report progress on projects by suitable media to store operations, maintain and update project reporting, checkpoints and financial reporting to a high standard. Plan and arrange visits to existing and new potential projects, ensuring every store receives sufficient support to enhance their relationships. Develop contacts with senior managers, executives, and other influential officers within each account during the implementation phase. Coordinate required support levels and training. Produce reports on each project at agreed intervals, and whenever substantive actions are required. Transmit Official Project Schedule to concerned departments. Putting everything under control in order to bring order in the project site. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent. At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably 1-4 years Experienced Employee specialized in Architectural/Civil/Structural/Construction or equivalent Required Skills on Risk Management, communication & negotiation skills, and with good leadership acumen Excellent attention to detail Proficiency in the use of a computer, MS Word, Excel and/or Power point is essential.
