(SOM) STORE OPERATIONS MANAGERS (20)
(For Visayas and Mindanao Assignments)
 
The Person
A Bachelor's Degree Holder, preferably BS Industrial Engineering, BS Business Management, BS Business Administration
Has at least 5 years supervisory/managerial experience in a retail company
Has strong passion and has chosen a career path in the retail industry
High business & financial acumen
Computer literate, with good communication skills both oral and written
Must possess high leadership and managerial skills
Result-oriented and can work well with others in a fast-paced environment
Excellent customer orientation, dependable and trustworthy
Willing to be assigned in any of Gaisano Grand Stores
The Job
Manages overall store operations (department store, supermarket, warehouse, facilities, and  mall Operations) of the assigned store
Monitors opening and closing of store and mall
Monitors and ensures accomplishment of sales targets of the store
Ensures  excellent customer service and attends to escalated customer complaints of the store
Oversees and manages the layout and design of displays in the department store, supermarket, and mall, thus ensuring their effectiveness and performance
Monitors and ensures stock availability of items sold in the department store and supermarket
Plans and creates sales improvement strategies
Monitors the roles and efficiencies of all back-end services to ensure smooth store and mall operations
Ensure good teamwork across all departments of the store
