Description
1. Manages retail staff, and other members of the store staff.
2. Ensures standards for quality, customer service, health, and safety are met by the store.
3. Actively strives to attain sales targets.
4. Ensures proper maintenance, order, and appearance of merchandise display.
5. Maintains store inventory.
6. Records sales figures and coordinates with other departments for the reporting of sales records and other information.
7. Handles customer relations, questions, complaints, and issues with new and regular clients.
8. Manages and updates the branch social media account.
9. Issues official receipts for all purchases and payments.
10. Receives and records all payments and reconciliation of daily cash, checks, customer deposits and credit card sales with total of all receipts issued.
11. Custodian of daily cash and check receipts for the Eljan Sports branch.
12. Prepares cash and check deposit slips for the day's sales.
13. Makes sure that all sales and collection are deposited on the branch's designated bank account the following working day.
14. Prepares and submits daily sales and deposit reports to Treasury Head.
15. Handles the branch's petty cash fund.
16. Custodian of petty cash fund, secures sales and petty cash
17. Records all disbursements and advances made on the petty cash fund
18. Prepares daily transaction and replenishment report
19. Balances sales and petty cash reports versus actual count
