Job Description:
Assist higher management in developing reasonable sales goals, oversee the activities of sales employees, and collaborate with marketing teams to expand brand presence
General Responsibilities:
Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent customer service
Develop and sustain long-lasting relationships with customers
Set up and coordinate sales personnel schedules
Maintaining an accurate record of sales, daily, weekly, monthly
Answer potential customer questions and inquiries
Work with sales team when closing sales
Meet all sales quotas and goals
Reports to Sales Supervisor
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or any related course
At least 2-4 years experience in Sales
At least 1 – 2 years experience in equivalent position
Qualities & Skills:
Excellent in Communication
Customer-centric
Able to work under pressure and fast-paced environment
Knowledge in SAP is an advantage
Personnel Management and Employee Relation skills
