JOB DESCRIPTION
Oversee the daily operations of the café to ensure efficiency and quality service.
Coordinate with the sales department to ensure timely procurement of supplies and inventory.
Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels; oversee inventory management and ordering.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of daily, weekly, and monthly revenues and expenses.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally, especially concerning food quality and service.
Monitor and manage budgets to ensure the café remains profitable and cost-effective.
Create and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
Support training and development of team members to promote a productive and motivated work environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards.
