Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations:
Oversee and coordinate day-to-day store operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to maintain high operational standards.
Optimize processes to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the store.
Cash Management:
Monitor and manage cash sales transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to cash handling policies.
Conduct regular cash audits to minimize discrepancies and identify any potential issues.
Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile financial records.
Inventory Control:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
Implement inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and prevent overstock or stockouts.
Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise.
Safety and Security:
Develop and enforce safety protocols to create a secure environment for both customers and staff.
Conduct regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Collaborate with personnel to implement and improve store security measures.
Team Leadership:
Recruit, train, and manage store staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team performance.
Encourage teamwork, collaboration, and a customer-centric approach among staff.
Customer Service:
Set and maintain high standards for customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
Address customer concerns and inquiries promptly and effectively.

Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on sales, inventory, and operational performance.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in retail management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of the Philippine retail market and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
