We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Branch Cashier with Cake Lettering skills to join our team in our soon to open Escario and Talamban branches.
Responsibilities:
Act as branch team leader.
Performs cashiering duties.
Perform cake lettering upon check out of orders.
Assist with food delivery bookings, ensuring accurate and timely coordination of orders and deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service, both in-person and online, addressing customer inquiries, taking orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Possesses leadership qualities.
Willing to be trained for 1 week in our main branch (Cagayan De Oro City)
Experience as a Cashier in any Cake Shop an advantage.
Proficient in cake lettering an advantage.
Strong understanding and experience on Facebook Page administration.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Familiarity with Grab Express and Lalamove, and experience in managing food delivery bookings is an advantage
