Job Description
Manage the Retail Store daily Operations ensuring a continued focus on sales and customer service
Train, manage and regularly evaluated your staff performance. Your job is to provide continual training and development opportunities to our team.
Mentor staff within your team and create fun and vibrant workplace environment
Continuous manage\monitor stocks levels.
Ensure inventory is managed through stock takes, identifying any stock variances and follow our process to minimize stock issues
Address customer requests/ feedback in a timely manner
Set and monitor the Store sales targets, making every effort to meet the sales targets
Prepare and submit monthly reviews.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Business Studies/Administration/Management; Sales & Marketing or similar fields.
