Responsible for the achievement of Store KPI’s Sales, EBIT, excellent customer service, proper shrinkage control, good general housekeeping and proper visual standards.
Good knowledge and understanding of the operations and business trends.
Comprehends the business competition and the effects on the business
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Economics, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of supervisory or 3 year(s) managerial experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Calbayog, Gaisano Grand Mall.
Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
